Kaspersky(China) sues Rising

On May.19, we reported a false detection case about Kaspersky.

After that, on May.23, Rising released an announcement which claimed that Kaspersky's anti-virus products had mistakenly identified and deleted non-virus related files 22 during a six-month period, and that Kaspersky "showed despise for Chinese users".

And on July.5, Rising released another announcement about the other six false detections of Kaspersky in recent two weeks.

As while, Kaspersky(China) also published the following announcements:

On May.20, Kaspersky(China) gave a announcement about the false detection of Rising software.

On May.22, Kaspersky(China) gave a announcement about the false detection of WinXP file(shdocvw.dll)

On June.1: Kaspersky(China) gave a announcement about the false detection of Tecent QQ file.

On July.2: Kaspersky(China) gave a announcement that they had sued Rising. The case will be held in Tianjin No.1 Intermediate People's Court.
